Amazing service from Claire and Sam at Fine & Country (Rugby). They spent time guiding us through the process. They went above and beyond, to always be on hand to answer queries, take on viewings and give us advice. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their property, as they are both brilliant at what they do - so very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely professional.

Very unprofessional agency especially one of the partners name of Sam Funnell. I had to chase this man as he never returned my email. I missed the opportunity for an viewing as he failed on his side. He never informed me that the property was sold. Even the office. I will never do any type of property business with this agency. Very unethical. Very lazy. Per Sam’s message below I replied to you after the email stating we can view the property another day and Sam never replied. Per the email from you: Hi Angela Sadly our sellers aren’t available for viewings on Wednesday, let me know whether you are available on other days? Kind regards Sam Sent from Outlook for iOS I replied back to you stating any other day is fine with us. I still have this email in my inbox. I had to chase Sam today as the agency was closed per Christmas holidays. Per the email above you never stated you are taking off any time for that week. That is a lie. You should have been professional enough to reply. You were not! You are not professional enough to answer my phone calls but you do reply to this review. I left a message for you today and nothing. This is lazy and very unprofessional. I will never do business with you or agency. Just scammers!

We cannot recommend Liz & Nicola at Fine & Country enough. We have not moved for 55 years and they were professional, supportive and knowledgeable and very proactive throughout the whole process which was a huge support to us. From the very first phone call I made whoever I spoke to was always happy to help and greeted in a friendly manner but Julie Jackson was my absolute 💯 ROCK. She supported me throughout what had to have been the most stressful time in my life. She was absolutely amazing nothing was too much for her always prompt and persistent in getting the best for you. We found Sam Funnell to be extremely professional. When you are moving home as we don’t do very often, you meet a lot of people and come across a lot of unfamiliar processes. Estate agents, surveyors, solicitors etc, it can all be very confusing. The communications and messages you receive from these people can often be confusing and sometimes even contradictory. We always found Sam Funnell to be a great source of in information, after a conversation with Sam we always knew exactly where we stood what we needed to do, who we needed to talk to, what other people should be doing. We highly recommend Fine and Country and particularly Sam Funnell.

My experience with Fine and Country Ribble Valley was as a buyer. From the outset, Jason and Julie were extremely friendly and knowledgeable in describing the pros and cons of owning a property of the type my wife and I wished to buy. Nothing was too much trouble, and with the cooperation of the vendor we were granted accompanied viewings at short notice, including one at weekend. All information we requested was provided within a very short timescale and in a very honest manner. Trust and confidence built up quickly, and I believe ultimately the purchase price was right for both the vendors and us as the buyers. Even beyond completion both Jason and Julie have been in touch with me, offering assistance with some details I required. Moving house is a very stressful business but Fine and Country Ribble Valley had their fingers on the pulse, kept information flowing, and took away some of that stress! I would be more than happy to recommend them whether you are buying or selling a property 👍
