GoogleExcellent thought the whole process. No messing around, honest (which is unique for estate agents), professional and always updating me on the progress of the sale. I honestly could not recommend them enough. Paul was looking after the sale and was brilliant throughout. He kept me up to date through various complications/issues (none of which caused by Edward Knight). He gave me an honest and spot on valuation and sold it at the right price. Best estate agents I have ever dealt with and if I was ever looking to buy/rent/sell In the rugby area again they would be my first choice. It’s a shame they can’t expand to Coventry!

GoogleMy partner and I (both first time buyers) recently purchased our first home and if truth be told, we went in pretty blind. Neither of us knew the process and with my partner working nights he was usually unavailable during the day leaving me to sort out pretty much everything. Honestly, if it weren't for our Estate agent, Paul, I would have struggled so much! Any questions, no matter how big or small was never a problem. He was always quick to respond to messages and would talk me through things I found hard to grasp! GoogleNot the sort who normally puts pen to paper as it were, praising companies for services they should offer as a matter of good business, this time I felt I needed to break my silence. A recent bereavement has meant that I have had to step up and obtain advice with regard to property that has been left within our family. I might watch property developement programmes on TV but quickly realised that in the real world, there’s a pitfall waiting round more than one corner. I sought advice from Edward Knight and was walked through my options and opportunities by their in house expert, Terry Dainty. I explained my situation and he immediately reassured me as to what they could do for me. Although not at the end of the process yet, my family and I are grateful for Terry and the Edward Knight team for making our journey bearable. Kind regards to all and thanks again.
