We'd rented a house through Complete for seven years, they did their best and I'd never had issues with them. Everything was straightforward and they answer the phone when you need them. Highly recommend.

Daniel at Complete was fantastic. Shoutout to the whole team! I was in desperate need to find somewhere suitable quickly. Daniel booked me in for consecutive viewings and accepted me for somewhere suitable within days. Very smooth inventory process too. Many thanks! :)

We bought a house through Complete Estate Agents and would highly recommend them! We worked with Steven who was exemplary and went beyond his way to make sure the house sale was completed on time. We had an absolute nightmare buying process where the Seller, and solicitors on both sides just kept blaming each other due to which we almost pulled out of the sale but once we requested Steven to help us out in this deadlock situation, he ensured all all parties were communicating with each other, even helping out with some tricky planning/council documents and actually did a much better job than the Solicitors who were paid to do all this work. If it were not for him, we would not have bought the property! Throughout the process, we were kept aware of any updates, re-viewings were arranged when requested and all queries answered promptly. We will not hesitate to work with Steven again and can assure anyone they are in the right hands if he's handling your case. 5 stars to Steven/Complete Estate Agents.

I have used Complete Estate Agents in Rugby to sell my house and I was very impressed with the quality of the brochure and photography produced- it was very professional and I would recommend Brian to anyone. Complete sold my home in a few weeks and the advice & guidance on how to do this was superb. The 'aftercare' which of first I deemed irrelevant when choosing my estate agent was amazing- Julie was not only needed but appreciated. On the whole a very stress free process made easier by knowledge and professionalism.

Very supportive throughout and kept us informed all the way through. Very trusting agents too. Looked out for us instead of themselves for sure. I have never had an issue with 247Complete

Bought a gorgeous property through Complete (Esther Moulding) back in 2020. Esther was fantastic! Couldn't recommend her and Complete more highly. It's been more than two years and I am still singing her praises. I have also recommended Complete (and Esther) to a friend who is looking to buy in the area.

Tracy West at the Rugby office assisted me in the purchase of a property at Lodge Road in Rugby. There was never any issues when you wanted to view the property and she was always there to assist in the process. Along with Esther Moulding they worked with complete professionalism and helped make the process smooth I look forward to working with them in the future. Highly recommend. Steve A

Couldn’t ask for more from a letting agent. I’ve been in property for many years and know the difference between a good and a bad agent and I can honestly say that Complete are one of the best. I wouldn’t use anyone else to let my property for me. Thank you

From taking us to view the house, through a 4.5 year tenancy, to sadly parting company because our new house is let by a different agency, Complete have been wonderful. We have mainly dealt with Gareth and Deb and they’ve both been really friendly and professional during inspections. I will genuinely miss them and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent through them again or recommend them to others.

My purchase took ages because the previous owner had died so we had to wait for grant of probate, but Esther was amazing throughout the process and did everything she could to speed the process along. Complete removed their advertising board from my house the day after transfer completed (you have to nag some agents for weeks).

what makes this agency stand out is their commitment to finding the right buyer, not just any buyer. they qualified viewers carefully, ensuring only serious purchasers viewed our home. this saved us considerable time and inconvenience.
