GoogleRecently had a very bad experience with this state agent. The receptionist on their site was unapologetic and unhelpful. Had booked an appointment for viewing and called prior as i was delayed for the appointment due to roadworks on the way. The receptionist said she would confirm if it can happen or not. There was no call back from her end and she instead left a voicemail which no one can listen while driving. The owner called and similarly was very rude and unhelpful. The people contacting state agents are probably looking for their next dream house so you would expect them to be kind and considerate and welcoming. Having a bad experience left us with no going ahead with this state agent.

You were booked in to view a property at 12.30 on 28th October. You rang the office and spoke to my colleague ( not a receptionist) at 12.35 to say you were going to be 25 mins late. This was a saturday and we have a packed diary of pre arranged appointments back to back. My colleaged called myself to see If i could wait for you which was impossible as I had to be in Brinklow at 13.30. We left a message on your mobile at 12.36 to notify you as you didnt pick up. You then called the office at 13.00 to say you were at the property and proceeded to get abusive to my colleague saying its unprofessional. I personally rang you on the way to my next appointment to see if we could rearrange for 14.30 when my appointment had finished. You didnt want this and proceeded to notify me that this was not acceptable and that I should consider the client. As a company we have not done anything wrong. You were late for an appointment and were told that we have a packed diary. I do not understand why you think we are unapologetic when you were running late. If i turned up 30 minutes late then I would appologise. We offered a solution in a timely manner to rearrange and this wasnt good enough. You have given my company a 1 star review which is damaging because you were late which is unjustified.

Don't not use....got a message on Monday saying there's a single room available but needed a answer quick because they wouldn't be holding it..as someone like myself who's on disability benefits said I'd notify the council.
Sent complete all the info that the council wanted to then be ignored.
Id definitely wouldn't be pointing anyone in there direction.

Avoid for sales and lettings and if you don't then be prepared to work harder than they do to get things done!

GoogleI mention that I have been calling since October to manage to make a booking to see a property. I sent 3 emails and called 4 times. No one answered my emails and on the phone they told me that they would call me when they had the key to that house, which did not happen. I called once in October and 3 times in November. Today when I went to the site, the property is no longer available. I was never given a chance to see the property, which I find unacceptable. Poor customer relations.

This is the second time it happened to me with this agency.
They saying they will phone you back to book a viewing and then the property is go.

Mr Blundell is a neighbour of a property we have been instructed to sell. The property has been for sale for 4 weeks and Mr Blundell emailed my office as the outside photograph showed the rear of his vehicle. Due to GDPR we always pixelate registrations. He also accused my firm of illegal drone use which is incorrect. I called Mr Blundell to discuss his concerns but was met by a rude and aggressive tone. The owner of the property that we are selling did warn us about Mr Blundell. I highlighted to Mr Blundell that on google earth his car is clearly visable and has he sent a similar email to them demanding they take the image down. His reply was that he is happy with their picture but not ours on a website.
This one star review is because Mr Blundell didn't get the response he demanded and chose to post this malicious review in spite. As a company of over 20 years we unfortunately have to deal with the very rare keyboard warriors which this review falls into. We treat all clients with respect and professionalism. Its a shame that Mr Blundell couldn't act in a similar way.
06/11/2025 The reply is correct, again Mr Blundell didn't get the outcome he demanded and I'm more than happy to post his email which my firm received for clarity. All this because the boot of his car was on an aerial photograph.
