Pauline and Barry have been absolute legends. They have been super accommodating and very professional throughout my dealings with them. Not only did they make the entire process easy they were speedy in processing the application. Definitely recommend them and wouldn’t use anyone else! I was treated like royalty when I handed 2000.00 to Pauline Pauley . 3 mths later when I went to the office, the whole lot of them sat with sealed lips. I felt rotten. A mth later i received a eviction. I have looked after this property so well. Done the gardens etc. She had no apologies. I am horrified. I have a life times furniture a 17 yr old pet of which I paid 300.00 pet clause. By reading other reviews I doubt if i'll see my £950.00 bond. I actually sold my gold and took out a 3yr bank loan. My strong advice is to not use this bogus agency.

Pretty bad. Same as other potential tenants mentioned, I was after 3 bed house for family 2+1. We were told (by the same short red hair lady) we don't need such a big house and the most we could rent is 2 bed with them (they know our needs better LOL). If I was a landlord I would never chose them. The property hasn't found tenants before previous moved out but they refuse to rent because we don't need such a big house and they've got 200 people on waiting list...
