Amazing company!!! We could not recommend these guys enough!!! Absolutely brilliant company that continuously went that extra mile, even making contact out of business hours on occasion too! It’s such a huge decision renting your family home and it was a weight lifted dealing with Nick & Ricky! They may be a newly established business but their combined years of experience shines through, I’ve dealt with many letting agencies over the years and these guys are the best we’ve used!!

GoogleI think it's a true reflection of how unprofessional this company is that they are replying to reviews accusing customers of being abusive when there are a number of Google reviews highlighting that their experience of them was also rude and unprofessional- I guess we were all rude customer's and they are the good ones? Ha. Hmmm, does explain to me why their business seems dead. They will feed you lies so you work with them but they don't have a clue about customer service - they might be cheap but that is reflective in the service you would get. I was extremely satisfied when I immediately took my business elsewhere and was treated with the care and respect that any paying customer deserves. I was told my house would not be marketed when promised because i didnt drop the keys off days before, despite them not having requested this- essentially i was being blamed for their lack of communication and disorganisation. Don't think they will be around very long with how their reputation is building....

GoogleCan’t speak highly enough of Ricky and Nick at Benwell Daykin. Friendly and professional at all times with a genuine personal touch. They have many years of experience in the property market and it shows. Our recent house move was plagued with issues, but thanks to the commitment of Ricky and Nick and their consistent high levels of communication, keeping us informed at every step of the way, we made it into the new house before Christmas! Rude and unprofessional staff. I've never worked with a company that think they are doing you a favour when you are paying them, it's absurd. Rarely leave reviews but this was a truly shocking experience- explains why their office is always dead

GoogleWhen it came to selling my home, I did what any rational person would do and sought the advice of an estate agent. I had a local agent out before stumbling upon Benwell Daykin on the High street one Saturday morning whilst fetching a coffee. I spoke to a chap called Nick Aston who seemed friendly and seemed to know his stuff, so I thought why not get a second opinion. Nick came out a few days later and I decided to give them a shot at selling my home. Nick explained how they worked and that communication was key, as evident in the confirmation emails I received for viewings and the subsequent feedback emails. They sold my house within a week and at the correct figure they had suggested. Highly recommended!
