GoogleChris Hall goes above and beyond. This man did everything from emailing me from his holiday, to leaning on my difficult solicitor to exchange before my offer expired and I fell victim to stamp duty. I owe this man so much, and would heartily recommend him to anyone.

Having asked various other agencies to provide us with a valuation on the property, it was clear that the other agencies wanted to market our house at a low price in order to sell instantly. Gladly we selected WH Brown who valued the house higher than the rest of the agencies and actually achieved a fair price (and above the valuation of the other agencies.) GoogleFantastic experience. As a first time buyer I basically know nothing about the procedures of purchasing a new home. The team is helpful and explains every steps clearly to me. Whenever I have enquires via calls or emails, they are very responsive and supportive. During the whole purchasing process, from viewing of properties to exchange of contracts/completion, the team (especially Emma!) has provided excellent and professional service. The process of purchasing a property could be long in the UK. It could be depressing sometimes when waiting for progress as it involves different parties. GoogleHaving previously worked in an estate agents,I always recall how our clients used to say negative things about William H Brown - in fact, I can’t recall anyone saying anything positive about them. Being a salesman I am always willing to give people a try and making my own assessment. It seems all these people were correct though. Abysmal service from this office in regards to my enquiry. Even if they weren’t able to assist me, a quick call or email would have been nice after promises of return calls.
