GoogleI couldn't give a higher recommedation than that for Simon at Green Lizard. Simon just helped me to purchase my first property, he made the process stress free, calm and easy with refreshing candor and humor. During the process he kept everything speeding along but didn't add any unnecessary pressure. He fielded all my questions with patience, guiding me when I was stuck and even recommending some excellent local contacts when I asked. Easily the best estate agent in Tunbridge Wells and trust me by now I know.

GoogleGreen lizard were recommended to us by family and friends for the sale of our home and we can see why. From the initial valuation through to completion Simon injected refreshing humour and personality into the process whilst always remaining professional. This was our first sale and he was very helpful providing us with info on the sale process and what is and isn’t so normal. A pleasure and have recommended to friends already. Thanks again Simon.

GoogleSimon at Green Lizard has been the best estate agent we have ever dealt with - he doesn't tell you what you want to hear, he tells you the truth and gives you solutions where possible. He was very patient with selling our first property in what has been a difficult year, and is always friendly. He also helped us through the sale with our solicitor. When we look to buy/sell again, we will definitely be coming back to Simon first.
