GoogleSimon is an excellent estate agent, which I don't say lightly. His convivial manner makes dealing with him enjoyable, but that aside, he really works hard for his clients. The most important thing for me is that he values properties fairly. Too many agents will price a property too high, fuelling rising prices and making your house sit on the market with no viewings for months. Inevitably, you are then disappointed when it eventually sells well below the guide price. With Simon, you can feel confident that when he values your property, he will be honest. And that's more than you can say for many agents. And a word of advice - don't shop around for an agent that will tell you they can sell your house for the most money. Look for the agent who will sell your house at the right price in a timely manner. Trust me - just save yourself the disappointment.

GoogleGreen Lizard sold our home and were so helpful, informative and friendly throughout the process. We had already relocated for work reasons and were concerned selling a house from miles away would be a really challenging process but Simon helped us every step of the way. I hadn't sold a house before and Simon explained everything clearly when we needed, gave advice and was very responsive on phone and email, keeping us in the loop. We would recommend to anyone selling their home wanting a friendly and efficient service.

GoogleWe would highly recommend using Simon at Green Lizard in Tunbridge Wells. He is a straight talking, incredibly effective agent who works hard for you. Initially we went with another agent because we thought it would be better to have more people available to sell our home. Our advice is don't bother! The day Green Lizard got our property we had a viewing and that person bought our home. Simon managed the sales negotiations really well and kept us informed throughout. Communication has been great. GoogleRight from the initial valuation, Simon Disbray was there to calmly advise and guide us through a roller-coaster ride to our eventual successful sale. He helped us with every aspect of our sale and purchase and his consistently friendly, upbeat and positive manner always made it a pleasure to deal with him. Simon was always reliable and when he said "leave that with me" you knew that he would quickly come back with an answer to a query or a solution to a problem. We are really grateful for everything he did for us and have no hesitation in recommending him and Green Lizard.

GoogleHad a really positive experience selling my property through Simon Disbray at Green Lizard. Had previously met him whilst trying to buy a place years back and was impressed by his candour and knowledge of both the property and the town, and found it a refreshing change to some of the larger estate agents who didn't seem clued up on what they were selling. When it came to valuing our property he didn't try to win our business by promising us the moon but instead took time to understand our position and offered us his insight. He made sure he understood all of the property, both good and bad, so any prospective buyer would be aware of what they were buying and less likely to drop out, wasting everyones time. Always gave us a heads up and plenty of flexibility when it came to viewings and would quickly follow up after them to let us know how it went. After finding us a buyer he proved to be a lot more useful in moving the sale on than the solicitors and was always quick to return a call or reply via email. Overall a nice bloke who I'd happily recommend.

Our first house move in 20 years, we were out of touch with the process but Simon was on hand every step of the way, we came up against several obstacles along the way but Simon did everything to take the stress away, we will always be grateful and would highly recommend Simon to anyone thinking of selling, you couldn’t ask for a more honest, straight talking estate agent who will go above and beyond every step of the way, Thank you Simon!!

GoogleSimon is the best! He was recommended by a couple of local friends, and what a gem he turned out to be. Straightforward, honest and just involved enough - not words you often hear about estate agents. He sold our house for us, something other local agents just didn’t seem able to do. It was a pleasure to speak to him, he was always helpful, reassuring and he knew exactly how to get things done; when to put pressure on and when to ease off. A real skill.
