Avoid at all costs, communication is terrible, never get back to you, always make some excuse as to why they have not replied to emails, wrongly advise on mortgages, one of the worst I have dealt with!!

William H Brown require landlords to give six months notice to terminate the management contract. Completely unacceptable. Not very good at replying to emails or returning calls.
