Excellent service when selling my parents' home. Great advice on what to do to pre the house for sale, how to best manage offers etc. The price we have agreed on was in excess of my expectations and the whole process has been very easy (so far!). My thanks to Olivia and Mark at RR Wilmslow.

TrustpilotI highly recommend Reeds Rains for selling a property
Reeds Rains were friendly yet professional throughout the process of selling my house. They stepped in and helped, when the solicitors were making a stressful situation even more stressful, and sorted things out so that I did manage to exchange and complete on the sale. I'm pretty sure that without Madeline and the rest of the team in the Gosforth office, I would still be trying to exchange contracts and could have easily lost the sale. Thank you all so much

Terrible customer service . I have not found one person on reeds and rains to be polite rather extremely rude. I wish I didn’t even put 1 star in reviews . They deserve none. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. Nobody should be treated the way I had been treated. What kind of self entitlement can possibly dictate such behaviour is beyond my comprehension.

We applied for a house to rent in Folkestone. The estate agent was not supportive and kept asking for additional document. Furthermore they were not willing to resolve the issue they thought has happened but kept blaming their third party. I am extremely disappointing by their support and response time. And the case is still ongoing for the past 2 weeks.

GoogleI am really pleased with the support offered from reeds rains, it was Hannah Read and Adam Fletcher who were negotiating my let. Hannah kept in contact with me through-out informing me of the progress and Adam was the first person to see me at my new property to have a chat, both really nice people. really pleased with the service!

Worst company I've ever dealt withI beg anyone thinking of renting with these people to stay well away. In April the isolator switch to my shower became jammed on, was emitting heat and giving a strange fishy smell. I Googled it and it suggested the strange smell suggested compromised wiring and it was high risk for an electrical fire. I called out an emergency electrician and he stated that the initial fitting was wrong and that the shower was not safe for use. I reported this to Reeds Rains on 25th of April and despite chasing them repeatedly it still hadn't been fixed by the end of July when I moved out, so I essentially went 3 months without a working shower.I was given all sorts of nonsense excuses about the ticket being accidentally closed accidentally and then told that they couldn't find a contractor to come out to where I lived (which was Wilmslow so not exactly in the mountains). Eventually they sent an engineer who was a gas engineer. The problem is that there is no gas in the property! So again the problem was reported and still they did nothing.On top of that, they are now trying to keep my deposit to cover disrepair that was present before I moved in - they are essentially trying to get me to redecorate the landlords flat for free. They have the cheek to make claims against me but do not feel obliged to maintain the property on their end with regards to the shower.I've convinced 3 people to not rent with Reeds Rains and will continue to convince as many as I can not to. Save yourself a lot of hassle and stay away!
