Merryweathers were great through the sale process, always on the ball and following things up in the absence of solicitors. Always on the other end of the phone to help.
Agent replied
Thank you for the review Rachel, solicitors can be really hard to get hold of so glad we could help keep the sale progressing

TrustpilotLack of communication
Lack of communication, we put 4 offers on a probate property and were told were the only ones interested in that property. Then, out of the blue the solicitors (executors) sold the property to a different person. Do not recommend. We could see a huge difference in communication with other estates agents.

Received a very good service - they're on the ball and responded promptly to our emails. They're valuation was realistic and we sold within a few days. Thank you Merryweathers.

Renting with merryweathers 5 years everything ok until now! I believe they have been letting themselves into the property without my permission as I walked in from wrk last week to find a compliments slip on the stairs I had had no letter or phone call with a date or times etc of visit. Not acceptable and made a complaint via email and no response! Obviously not bothered

TrustpilotHelpful & easy to contact.
From arranging our initial viewing of a property through to completion, we found staff helpful, specifically Allie Rogan & easy to contact throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend the services of Merryweathers to other potential clients.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
