YellEXCELLENT AGENTS
Bricknell's have been my agents for over 7 years, I have always found them to be professional, helpful and polite. The payment of rent, repairs and any other issues are all dealt with promptly and efficiently. They are a local independent company and therefore have expert local knowledge. Whenever tenants have given notice my properties have been re-let very quickly and found good tenants. I strongly recommend them.

GoogleThanks again for everything, the landlord has been very kind and I appreciated being given the chance to clear up forgotten rubbish myself! Most estate agents and landlords would have just slapped a huge fine on the bond deductions! Bricknells have been by far the best estate agents I have ever rented with. (And I have rented a lot of different houses over the last few years!)

Customer focussed. As a landlord I need to feel that my properties are safe. I have been dealing with the management team now for many years, without doubt, they are approachable, knowledgeable, and proactive with any current legislation, as well as support and guidance to reassure me that I am in safe hands. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

GoogleI have rented a couple of properties with Bricknells and always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Repairs are always done in a speedy manner, and everything is communicated back as to what is happening. In the past I have dealt with other companies not so accommodating. I have no hesitation in recommending Bricknells to anyone

YellTerrible company - AVOID
This company are out to take your money and have hidden agendas from the minute you sign the paperwork. They are not transparent and the staff themselves are rude! We were first time renters and naively trusted this company who were determined to find any reason not to return our bond, despite us looking after the property like it was our own. Very disappointed.

GoogleAwful. Rude, will squueze money out of you wherever possible and once locked us out of our house during an inspection then lied and said it was us that had locked it. Would never ever recommend.
