GoogleAs a landlord of some 12 years I have always used Bricknells Rentals to find tenants, carry out the necessary checks and to provide the tenancy agreements. My property became vacant again just before Christmas and I wasn’t sure if I would find a new tenant at this time of year but I contacted them and within days Linda had arranged five viewings for me. I had not dealt with Linda before but found her to be really helpful, efficient and friendly and very sympathetic towards myself when I had a couple of problems with my property. She arranged for an EPC and EICR to be carried out for me and managed to arrange all the necessary checks and contracts to be signed so that my new tenant was able to move in before Christmas, a situation we were all very happy with! Linda was always available both via email and telephone and was able to deal with any queries efficiently and promptly and in a very friendly manner. I would have no hesitation giving five stars for Linda personally and the whole Bricknells team in general for their professionalism and helpfulness. I’m sure I will be using their services again in the future.

GoogleBricknells have been amazing with us, we’re soon to move in a Bricknells rented property and are so pleased with how quickly everything has been done. From making ab appointment to view to filling out application forms and referencing we’ve had a smooth and easy process. The application stage is where Maxine really helped us out, any queries we had about the application were answered within minutes over email. Even negotiations with the landlord about seeing if they’ll allow 2 pets rather than just one went smoothly and we heard back straightaway from Maxine, which is great when you’re busy doing viewings around an already busy daily life Bricknells have got you covered.
We’ve had a great experience so far and me and my partner are really impressed with how smooth and quickly the whole process has been, we applied for the house on the 7th, and has been chosen and passed checks by the 9th ready to move in a week later on the 16th. Thankyou too effective at &Bricknells, especially Maxine who’s been super patient and helpful😊
