I went to reserve a home on Friday the 16th to be told by the sales lady that we couldn’t and that we had to ring up every Wednesday. So I rang up on Wednesday 21st and was told that we could put an early bird reservation on the plot. On Thursday 22nd I rang up to put the reservation on to be told it had already been put on by someone on Sunday 18th!! Fuming isn’t the word then The agency staff couldn’t tell me why this had happened. I have requested a phone call back from the manager still waiting 2 days later.

Worst company every!What a joke of a company. Been here just over a year and would never buy a Harron home again. If you want a shabby home then waste your money on these clowns. Customer service is a joke and never reply!
