Keenans were excellent. We have just sold 2 properties with them. I work in the property industry and have bought and sold many properties over the years and I found Keenans to be very good. Keenans gave me a valuation which significantly exceeded that of other agents we approached. I confess I was not convinced with their valuation and thought that the value suggested had been offered simply to secure the instruction. I was completely wrong. Keenans generated a lot of interest at their valuation and we sold both properties in reasonable time at the asking price. I would highly recommend them. We are significantly better off having having put faith in their agency.

This Is NOT How You Do Business....They Do Not Pay People Who Work On Their Behalf.My Company cleaned several house at the request of Keenans. If they did pay it had to be chased and chased. We completed a £300.00 clean on an absolutely filthy property, again at the request of Keenans, we provided before and after photos and they still have not paid us, they refuse to return our calls and emails, I even contacted one of the Directors, still nothing. Never would i recommend a company that does not pay what it owes people. That is not how business should treat anyone.

My wife and I live 250 miles from the property we rent out through Keenans. We both work full-time. The last 6 months has been quite frenetic from a landlord perspective as there have been a number of dynamic challenges that have presented themselves for us to navigate. We simply don’t have the capacity to deal with them ourselves and Lucie at Keenans has managed our property, the challenges that have been presented and kept us informed of the process and next-steps along the way. She has kept us up-to-date via phone and email in all things and really made life easy for us! She has given us the confidence we’ve needed that our property is in good hands! I had a rental property with Keenans and had to evict the tenant. Patrick Jones was the person that helped me deal with this i could not of done this with out his help. He took over and sorted every thing out for me with out his help i would not of been able to deal with it. He went over and above in his duties i would recommend Keenans estate agents and letting to any one a big thank you to all the team.

GoogleMy experience with moving house has been one of the usual roller coaster of events of selling and buying. However, Ella made it a much smoother easier experience. I first decided that I wanted to move from Middleton, Manchester to Loveclough, Rossendale in March and my apartment was the first and only one I viewed. I immediately decided that this was 'the one', fell head over heels in love with it yet hadn't even put my apartment up for sale. 4 months followed, where I honestly made Ella's life a nightmare! But she always chatted on the phone or wrote her emails in a positive and helpful tone. She definitely made it a less stressful experience. Thank you Ella, you've helped me move into the apartment of my dreams, where I will find the peace and happiness I didn't have in Manchester

Racist when picking buyers. They pick the white man over a coloured man. Gave an offer higher than the other buyer and apparently vendor is happy with other person. Absolute lies. Rang multiple each time increasing offer. Even when offer was higher they didn't accept. We should not be giving this estate agents business. It's clearly for white people. Blackburn branch is terrible. Manager Jonathan a total fool. We know how estar agents work, you aren't fooling anyone. Going against legal laws. Will be taking further action. Enough is enough.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of meeting Adam yesterday to provide us with a valuation of our house. Adam was not at all pushy, was very friendly and knowledgeable and he really helped us think about our options, as well as confirmed what we thought the house was worth with a very honest, realistic appraisal. If and when we do decide to sell, we will definitely be approaching Keenans again.

GoogleI recently went to view a property and was shown around by Sam Jones. Sam was extremely knowledgeable on comparable properties in the area providing information on house prices as well as figures for the rental market. He was informative and thorough thoroughout the viewing. Melissa and Archie at the Rawtenstall office are also extremely good at what they do, answering any questions I have and communicating effectively over the phone and via email. The 3 have left a very good impression, one which I will be looking to keep in touch and look to purchase through yourselves at Keenans again. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the market for a property.
