GoogleAfter having my two properties on the market with another agent for a while, I moved to Your Move Romford. I can not fault the service, as soon as they took over the properties we had immediate viewings and had agreed asking price offers for both within 2 weeks!! The service since we agreed the offers has also been second to none - I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

GoogleYour Move Stewart & Co provided me with truly and well informed details about house rental market in my local area and the potentials. Always keen to advise and clarify any questions and/or concerns. I enjoy good working relationship with the local Romford office, however their HQ method of monthly payment to landlords is less desirable, as payments are often late to reach bank accounts.

GoogleWould highly recommend this company taking up a communications course as they are unable to pick up a telephone or respond to emails like a professional Estate Agent would. I hope their landlords are aware of this diabolical service and comedy of errors. Yours sincerely A neglected perspective tenant.
After checking the database, of over 150 offices, not only are you not a client of ours but you are not a client of your move. Fake reviews can be detrimental to business, if you were actually a client the service you described is fake (like the review), if you are actually a client feel free to call the office and discuss anything as we have a numerous staff able to help you and all emails are responded to in a timely manner. People who leave reviews should be screened as actually being a client and if they are should follow the complaints procedure in place, people who leave fake reviews should be banned for having the ability to do so! Google should actually respond to the business owners also.

FacebookI had a worst experience with your move estate agent in Romford. In the beginning of the process, we agreed to pay a fixed amount and an agent named Eugene got me signed the paper and mentioned about percentage fee and at the end of the conversation we agreed to pay flat fee for the transaction which he didn’t amend in the paper. I was assuming through out the process that I have to pay flat fee but end up paying more money accordingly to the contract which he didn’t amend. More surprising he never admitted that we agreed for flat charge fee and I asked branch manager Jamie, he didn’t even bother to listen the conversation and I felt like these people are here to snatch your money. In terms of the service, your move agents sits back and wait for you to chase for everything which I found it unprofessional with a client. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go with them unless you get everything in writing in advance.

Thank you for the review, albeit very unjust, as you are aware of the situation It is in the landlords hands and we have no control over the situation whatsoever We are following the procedures and laws we are bound by, which also protect you, therefore I am sure once we have resolved the matter between you and the landlord you may change your view on your review.
