Great agent, I no longer live nor work locally so I wanted an estate I could trust to let and manage my property. Your Move Stewart and Co let the property super quick and were very precise in getting me the standard of tenant which I requested (i'm a very cautious and fussy landlord). Professional, proactive, trustworthy and great value for money, Zara in the property management department is always to hand, she managed and dealt with all my questions, she's a real asset and ultra helpful, Jacob was great at giving me regular and in-depth feedback on all the viewings, Fatih arrange the move in with precision and Jamie guided me in the right direction with his excellent local and business knowledge.- Thank you.

They are the worse estate agents I have ever come across in my life!!!!! First of all they rented us a flat knowing that they were infested with rats, me and my brother had to leave the flat for 2 weeks due to the smell of dead rats and after that all the flies that had odviously eaten the dead corpse. We asked the owner Jamie Stewart to talk to the landlord and ask her to give us 2 weeks off the rent considering we have had to live is this state, we were ignored. Then the only way to stop the rats were to fill in the many holes that were in the flat.... That were filled about 8 months later... Oh and to top it all off make sure that u look at the small print that you sign when you pay your deposit!!!! Which they make you pay in cash!!!!! The you give them £108 to give you your deposit back at the end!!!!!!!!! I find the owner a selfish greedy man and I hope no one rents from them when they see this review. (Feb 2016) We moved I the flat in December and already started to notice the rats outside right away!!!!! The rats come up to the flat in april but the rats were already there and could clearly be seen!!!! It took the holes so be filled months after the rats were killed and th flies and smell had gone. We were excepted to live in the property while all this was going on!!!! We asked for 2 weeks rent back and it was refused!!!!! And the money that the estate agent take from you deposit is not clearly written on the contract!!!! It is in small print underneath an amount that they had written and also we was given a copy of it!!!! That's funny. The property I am talking about is located at 23 station parade Romford, right opposite the estate agent (my response to the owners comments),
