GoogleExcellent service from Daniel, he has gone above and beyond in the sale of my old house and purchase of my new one. He helped me at every stage of the sale especially dealing with the solicitors. I don’t have a laptop so Daniel dealt with everything for me.

GoogleI shopped around six local agents before choosing YOUR MOVE to sell our home. Their offer included the EPC certificate, plans and a competitive agent fee. They also recommended a very good conveyancing solicitor, which I used without any problems at all. Ayca, Gary and Danielle were very helpful, polite, and prompt from beginning to end. The open day went without a hitch and we are now very happily living in our new home. I'd highly recommend using this agent. There was no stress; no additional fees or charges; no hassle.

GoogleUtterly brilliant. Gary and the whole team really held my hand throughout the sale of my property. They were always there to calm me down when I had a panic. They chased everyone up when information wasn't going through. They have been incredibly kind, supportive, professional and highly efficient. I couldn't have managed without them. Mrs. Andreea Muresan (Property Manager) and her team are TOP one. They are immensely organized, competent, professional and friendly. I have worked with a few Estate Agents in different countries, and this Team is the best one. I complained about a few issues in the apartment, and I always have gotten positive feedback to fix or solve the problems. It is hard to find an Agent that establishes a balance and good sense. GoogleA first class professional service - prepared to go the extra mile for the client.Had a difficult property to sell due to being leasehold and restricted occupancy which was further exacerbated by Covid.When a buyer disappeared just before contract ,the team at Chadwell Heath pulled out the stops and got another buyer within days .Despite delays and obstacles , the team went into overdrive ,chasing Solicitors etc and made sure the sale went through. Big thank you to Daniel , Lauren and Danielle for their patient and understanding persistence ,and to Ayca whose efforts during the last couple of weeks were outstanding .

GoogleI used Your Move (Chadwell Heath) to sell my property a few years ago and the level of service you receive is top notch! Ayca was an absolute delight to deal with from the start. Very knowledgeable, informative and super efficient. Unlike many agents out there, she gets to know you as a person, and doesn’t come across as salesperson at all! I didn’t feel pressurised throughout the process and whilst in the end, we decided not to sell, Ayca was totally understanding of the situation. The relationship was established, and if ever I were to sell my property, I would have no hesitation to use this company and Ayca’s services. Highly recommended!!

GoogleThe staff at Your Move Glenwood should be proud of themselves. An excellent team all round. Excellent customer service and professional staff members. I am a long standing customer with this agency. They were there when I bought my first residential property in 2008. And then a few years later I went back to them after purchasing a buy-to-let property which they have been fully managing for the last 7-8 years. I always get chased by other agencies for lettings but I never consider moving as I am always guaranteed and excellent service by the staff at Your Move Glenwood. I’d like to take this opportunity to individually thank a couple of staff members as Glenwood. A big shout out to Andreea and Natasha for the ongoing professionalism and excellent customer service. Two excellent property managers - well done! Andreea - Thank you for your excellent customer service and professionalism. Even throughout the pandemic you dealt with any queries / concerns I had very quickly and followed up actions with your team. You have gone above and beyond to get things sorted Natasha - Thank you for your excellent customer service and professionalism. When Andreea was not available, you dealt with my queries and concerns promptly. I always get the sense of feeling that there is excellent handover / team work between you and Andreea which is very reassuring. Google only allows 5 stars but in my very humble view, this review should is 10 stars ;)

GoogleI have used Your Move Glenwood for letting my flat for over 10 years. I originally signed up with them as I was very impressed with the initial contact I had with their staff, their knowledge of the market, attitude and the service they offered. They were head and shoulders above the other local agents I interviewed. My initial impression has carried through in our ongoing interactions. They are incredibly professional, really know the market, are pro-active and our current manager, Andreea is simply excellent. During all the time I have used Your Move I have never once doubted that I made the right decision to go with them. All the staff we have engaged with over the years have been of the highest standard and so their continuity of service is truly 5 star.

GoogleRecently Your Move managed a sale of my property. It was a very stressful time but thanks to Ayca from Your Move I somehow survived. I can't recommend Your Move enough. If I could I would give them even more stars. Communication was excellent, even during days off from work my phone calls were always answered!!!
