GoogleOutstanding is the only word I can use with regards to my experience of buying a first house through Your Move Glenwood Chadwell Heath. From the moment of registering and applying to view properties, their service has been truly a joy. From prompt responses to requests done on-line which most Agents appear to ignore, to keeping you informed, their professionalism in today's market makes them top leaders in my opinion. I've worked with them to rent and sell property, and they certainly know their field. They work very diligently and passionately, and will always make time for their clients - it's in their nature. GoogleWe had a rental viewing and put in an offer because we really liked the flat. Our request was handled absolutely unprofessionally and for 3 days we had no response on whether the offer was accepted or not. Meanwhile, we missed out on placing an offer on another flat! We called up the office multiple times but response was very evasive. I do not recommend them and will never engage with them again. Offer acceptance process is not transparent and we did not understand why our offer was not accepted.
We're sorry that you have felt the need to complain about the service you have received as a potential tenant, and that you felt that the landlord did not make a decision quickly enough for you. We understand that our Branch Manager has reached out to you to discuss the matter further.
