GoogleMohamed from RealMove estates did a commendable job and made sure that our move to the flats was a smooth and hassle free experience. He is always on to the point, clearly communicating the requirements from me (tenant) and the landlord avoiding any unnecessary chatter. He will be your goto man if you are looking for any properties in and around Chadwell Heath

GoogleRicky Singh, helped us find a buyer for our house, and helped us all the way through buying our new home. He was so helpful and we could call on him, at any time. When people came to view the house, and he had many, as he advertised it so well, he did everything, saving us from going up 2 flights of stairs, and also pointing out the benefits of the house. We were really thankful, we went with him.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleTerrible service. Called them several times to view property and they constantly said they'd get back to me but no one ever does. I had to keep reminding them. All the people i dealt with were useless and were all a waste of my time. 0/5.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleI was on the viewing for the specific property, I traveled 2 hours to be there. after I like it I was not even allowed to make an offer for the house. agent told me to expect a call to make an offer - no one called me, so I looked for them and it turns out that the property has already been let. this is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Disappointed

GoogleI wholeheartedly recommend working with Mohammed Ali if you're looking to rent. He has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process, easily accessible, and had lots of advice for us. He's not interested in making a profit in commision as many London agents are and will try to get you the best offer.

GoogleDodgy company, do not follow laws and procedures. All of their fees are also no VAT. I asked if that is because they are not VAT registered or is that the price inclusive of VAT. The tell me they are not VAT registered. How can a company that turn over that amount of money not be VAT registered??? Dodgy bunch, conducting illegal business and cheating UK business laws. Terrible agent too, and when it all goes wrong they will disappear with your money. Good luck... must be mad to use them!!

GoogleI would like to commend Mr Mohammed for being so accommodating. He is very easy to talk to and responds to our questions quickly. We had a very smooth transition from inquiring about the property all the way to contract signing and moving in which only took a few days. Hats off to you and the letting agency. Cheers x
