From my experience, they work closely with landlords and handle deposit disputes in a way that may not always feel fair to tenants. In my case, a claim was raised against my deposit even though there was little to no clear evidence to support it. Despite this, the case was still pursued. This can be quite stressful, especially if you feel you’ve fulfilled your responsibilities as a tenant. If you find yourself in a similar situation, don’t be discouraged. Challenge any claims you believe are unjustified and ask for proper proof. In many cases, standing your ground and requesting evidence can lead to a fair outcome and the return of your deposit. Overall, I recommend carefully documenting everything during your tenancy and being prepared to dispute any unfair charges.

A complete professional, while maintaining a warm and friendly attitude at all times. I was in a unique situation with a limited rental history, but through his guidance, understanding, and expertise, he helped me secure the flat of my dreams! Throughout the process he was kind and empathetic to my needs and sensitive to my personal situation. Not once did I feel like “just another client” but as if I was his ONLY client. GoogleHusband went to see a property today and the agent was waiting there not knowing that the house he was about to show to my husband was already let by someone else. Very unprofessional, and waist of time.
We do apologise for the inconvenience, we attended the viewing but the Landlord did not mention that they have rented the property. Again, we do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
