To clarify, the fridge freezer in question was provided directly by the landlord, and therefore falls outside of our responsibility as managing agents. When the issue was raised, we did inform the landlord that the appliance did not fit the space; however, they advised that they were not willing to take any further action. We understand this may have been frustrating and regret if you felt unsupported. We always aim to communicate clearly and assist where we can within the scope of our role. GoogleI had a great experience of working with Mohammed at Real move Estates. It was my first time letting a property and Mohammed patiently walked me through the steps. He was honest and transparent with fees (which are actually very reasonable) and there was no aggressive sales pitch. The property received viewings within a day and was let almost immediately. I can't recommended Mohammed highly enough.

GoogleNormally, I don't leave reviews, but this time I'm going to write about my experience with them. I wish I could give them a zero star. I looked at a house and scheduled a viewing, but on the day of the appointment, I got a call saying the house was gone, which was obviously disappointing. I figured maybe it was just bad luck, but the next time I called about ten times for a different house, they kept saying they didn't have the keys yet, and then I discovered that this had been rented to someone else because the landlord decided to rent to someone from his "own family member." When I called about the third property, the office instructed me to email them as they couldn't tell me whether the house was still available or not. What a farce. I sent an email, and I did receive an acknowledgment, but I never got a reply. I eventually acquired the property through a different agency with a low "RATING." If you want to save time, please stay away from them.

GoogleMohammed was great at helping us get everything in place for our new home. He was available to help out when needed (which helped with my relentless question asking!). Only had a couple of back and forth a regarding the contracts but these were rectified very quickly and all was sorted!

GoogleThe flat we letted is same as in the ads photos, so this is pleasant. All docs and handover was made professionally. There were no extra charges. Only negative thing was that we moved in to the flat for a 10 days later than we agreed with agency before. Later on I found that it’s because agent had health issues and it was difficult to reach him during preparation period. Thank you!

GoogleI had my property advertised on gumtree as a private landlord. I got a call from Mohammed saying that he was calling from an agency and he would be happy to help me rent my property. I received lots of enquiries and offers from gumtree but the tenants weren't what i was looking for. Mohammed found a lovely working family for me and they have been there for the last 6 months with no issues. Richard has been dealing with the management and has kept me updated every month with invoices and maintenance. Thank you guys.
