GoogleHunters were superb from start to finish! Honest and polite valuation process. Kept informed of viewings and prospects. Negotiated on our behalf and got an improved offer. After sales process was very good as were the solicitor partners. The whole process took less than 8 weeks . A big shout out for Ben who really went the extra mile and for Helen for calmly managed the admin process . We would have no hesitation in recommending Hunters !!

I cannot find any faults in the service they provided and they took most of the pressure from us and ensured they gave us weekly updates and contacted all parties to get the exchange and completion done on time. GoogleI was very impressed with this estate agent, very professional, informative, and friendly, Helen Sach has absolutely gone that extra mile for the sale of my property as it was shared ownership and came with lots of set backs due to multiple parties being involved. She was completely on the case the whole time, contacting me and the various other parties almost every day to push the sale on and get it over the line. I genuinely can't thank her enough for her continued efforts on my behalf as it wasn't easy due to incompetence of certain other parties. I would highly recommend this estate agent to sell any property, very happy and appreciative of all the work done. Thank you

GoogleExtremely unprofessional and dishonest …accepted our offer along with the other which I understand happens but kept us in the loop and simultaneously was getting us to do paperwork. When our survey was booked they cancelled ours twice and suddenly was informed that completion of other party has been done and an a short unapologetic email was sent…would never recommend it to anyone.

GoogleWe were not looking forward to dealing with agents, they're usually sloppy, don't return calls, need chasing all the time... BUT these guys were fantastic. From arranging viewings with Ben to ensuring the sale progressed with Helen, they were professional and reliable. Helen in particular was ON IT with the solicitors who were being sloooooooow. Her chasing kept the sale on track for all parties. We also decided to try out Hunters for lettings, rather hesitatingly as we've had bad experiences in the past with lazy agents. They were transparent about all fees and competitive. We got tenants agreed for our property within a couple of days - and they arranged for us to meet them too before signing a contract. Bilal, the lettings guy, has been responsive and knew his stuff regarding landlord's licences and other legal stuff (I mean he should right but you'd be surprised how rubbish some agents can be). It's things we're experienced in ourselves but thought we'd see if someone else could deal with the headache. The fee definitely paid for itself as we'd have lost money just faffing around with finding and checking tenants ourselves which would have taken us atleast a month (there is a lot of compliance paperwork you have to do). They've also provided electrical certificates which is another headache dealt with and the fee was standard. With lettings, you can do things yourself but legislation changes frequently and if things go wrong, it's usually the landlord left out of pocket. All in all, a great experience with everyone at the team! Highly recommend!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
