The team at Hunters were absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I would like to say a special mention to Ben who I was dealing with directly and was always on hand to answer any question not matter how big or small. I definitely recommend Hunters if your thinking about moving, From day one When I got contacted with them about moving in the future , Dev came round view my house in the Nov 2020 I explained that I wouldn’t be putting my house on the market to the following spring/summer in that time I had no hassle of phones calls from them in that time which I liked. When I did sale my house in one day I then was dealing with the lovely Helen Sach She emailed me every week on the progress of my sale , unfortunately my first house I was buying fell through , and I was upset about it , but Helen was at the end of the phone & she got me through it , She is a absolute star I wouldn’t have got through my second house sale if it wasn’t for her , so a big Thank You Helen & the rest of the team .PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Excellent service from start to completion. Bilal and Ben's customer service skills were outstanding. Efficient helpful and always in contact, which was always concise and crystal clear. The whole home hunting experience was stress free; they worked hard and tirelessly, getting all the paperwork finished within a week. Both Bilal and Ben were extremely confident in having the ability to reassure their clients. The team at Hunters effortlessly guided us through the process and remained next to us every step of the way. I'm very grateful for their speed and amazing services. I can’t recommend the team at Hunters highly enough but a special mention to Dev and especially Helen who went above and beyond to sell my elderly mothers house. When it looked like my mum might have to complete on the sale of her home before the purchase of the new flat Helen kept on chasing from her end even though her side of the process was finished. Communication was great, with weekly email updates given in addition to calls and emails where necessary. The process of selling a property (& buying) is very stressful but Hunters do their best to ease the stress for their clients. Thank you Hunters

Chose Hunters to sell my flat and the service was fantastic. Dev filled me with confidence they could sell for the price I needed (we actually sold over asking price) and rates were competitive. Dev and the team worked quickly to get the property online and we got multiple offers during the first set of viewings. Clear communication throughout the process, Helen sent weekly updates on progress which was really helpful and helped put my mind at ease. We recently completed the sale of our property and Hunters were exceptional. We had two buyers drop out but Hunters did everything they could to secure another buyer which they did straight away. They are professional, friendly and will do everything they can to sell your property for the best price possible. I can't recommend them highly enough! Absolutely amazing. Dev was fantastic from the start and Helen was just brilliant and kept us going with her positivity and commitment to doing the best for us. They kept us up to date and really pushed to make sure everything was done as quickly as possible, by keeping on top of everything. We used Hunters Chadwell for the purchase of our new home. Once we registered we had in depth conversation of what we were looking for and location. Ben was our sales consultant (he was great) who took everything on board and within viewing 3 houses we managed to secure the third one that ticked off most of the checklist within our range. After that Helen was the next person who took the sale through to completion. She was fantastic; We had a minimum of weekly updates, we could phone/email her any time with any questions and would have a swift response. She would chase up everything from all sides. It was truly a smooth enough process at hunters. I don't usually leave reviews, but on this occasion, I had to make an exception. I sold and bought a house through Hunters and from the beginning to the end they have been exceptional. My initial dealings were with Dev Chamdal, who was extremely helpful with his explanations throughout the whole process, always at the end of a telephone call or email to answer any questions/queries. Whenever we encountered any issues, Dev was there, even on his days off, to try and find an alternative solution. He came across very friendly and approachable, yet professional and gave us valuable advice, backed up with evidence, so we could make an informed decision based on factual evidence as opposed to anecdotal evidence. Ben Steven was always attentive during the viewings, both at our property and when visiting other properties. Towards the latter stages of the process, I dealt with Helen Sach, who was highly responsive in answering queries and following up with the different parties, and always kept me posted on updates. As a bare minimum, I would get weekly updates from Helen on the progress behind the scenes with solicitors etc. Helen was extremely communicative, helpful, and accommodating towards our needs, especially in the lead up to exchanging contracts and completion. The group of staff at this branch work hard to earn their fee and go a long way to ease some stress off the vendor. I would highly recommend Hunters above and beyond some of the other local estate agents who tend to entice sellers with an overly higher valuation than they can deliver on.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Couldn’t select 0! Wasn’t available! Should be 0!!!!!! Had to wait over 40min to view property with over 20 sets of people / family waiting to get in! My appointment was at 12pm and I went in at 12:40pm - Why not create a better process so we don’t make all the massive effort to coming to view a house to be confronted with a queue like your in lidl!!!! You made a mockery of the whole process! Absolutely appalling!! Your process ruined our Saturday and wasted valuable time for all! And no parking available as all came at the same time!
