I am giving a five star review as I cannot fault the service given to us by the Romford Office, one particular person I feel I need to mention is the lettings Manager, Mr Alex Edwardes (not forgetting Jake). It really has been a blessing to have the guidance and support of Mr Edwardes especially in the last year. During our time with haart, Mr Edwardes has always been responsive, supportive, yet very professional in his manner. He would always help wherever he can. A very decent human being. It really gives you peace of mind when you know that this quality of support is available. I have not selected good value as I have no comparison and cannot rate this. Having said this I suppose 'quality comes with a price'. It really has been a pleasure to write this review. Thank you haart, thank you Mr Edwardes.

GoogleRegistered my details with Jason as we currently looking to move. He gave us some great advice about the local area and also referred us to speak to his mortgage advisor Vishal to assist with our mortgage.
During the pandemic we were really nervous about going out to view properties, but Jason always made sure he sent us a virtual tour of all the properties we were interested in before we viewed. On the viewing we felt really safe and all guidelines were strictly adhered to.
We have had some viewings with other agents in the area which didn't take COVID and current restrictions very seriously so it was lovely to be shown round by Jason who was ensuring the viewers and vendors were safe.

GoogleMark and everyone at Haart were great and really helpful. They gave us a sense of confidence right from the start.
Considering what a mess everything was in due to Covid I think they handled the situation well.
I thought they were excellent at the selling stage and found us a buyer almost immediately they handled all viewings which was a relief during the pandemic.
Offering some constructive feedback; once we found the buyer, it went a bit quiet and we felt like we had to do a lot of the chasing (that may have been our desire to move along faster) but in terms of future improvements I would suggest a little more communication with your sellers/buyers around current situation and expected timescales/milestones.

GoogleMoved into what was described as a professionally cleaned apartmant in the middle of covid. Due to online viewings (only) we were putting alot of trust into yourselfs in regards to the property. Slime/ gunk found in the bathroom, just general grubby ness clearly had not been cleaned 'professionally' multiple things were broke that we've only discovered since arriving. Took over 1 month to have a shower screen door fixed which was broke when we moved in.
now I'm sorting a black Mold problem which seems to have been painted over... (Sadly I think that was the only thing this apartment got to look 'clean' 1 white coat to cover it all!) for this problem to flourish since we have started to use the bathroom. Luckily I have great friends which helped me clean top to bottom which took little over a day with 4 people & my own cleaning tools. Considering what you promoted to me at the time I feel heavily let down 👎

GoogleRude, aggressive and pushy. Living up to stereotypes, they come across pleasant to start with, but they just try to manipulate and bully you into doing what they want you to do. You won't hear from them when you need something, you will need to chase them constantly, but will hound you like dogs when they want something. No different to any other estate agents. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 to be generous.
