Both he and Mackenzie were always available whenever I needed them throughout the mortgage application process, which was very assuring and really sets them apart as excellent advisors.

I would highly recommend Balgores Property Hornchurch especially Jay for helping us find our new home and was alway helpful and willing to assist viewings etc. Christian (mortgage advisor) was also very approachable and the whole mortgage process was very quick and painless.

I unfortunatly chose Balgores as my managing agent. So many issues, nothing ever compleated professionally. The two "ultra ideal" tenants moved five people in on day one (no checks) The tenants gurantor was again not checked, later found to be dutch national, no chance of ever getting anything off him since brexit. Landlord rent/legal protection insurance not taken out despite taking the fee for three years. When we came to claim, the company had not been paid. Balgores response was to cancel our management contract!!!! We had to use bailiffs to get tenents out - cost a fortune in lost rent etc. Even getting the ideal tenents deposite back was a fiasco. We then took Balgores to court, they settled out of court so as no CCJ would appear against them. This company is incompetant at a level that cannot be described, I have email addesses of 20+ different staff, staff turnover is a good indicator of a useless company. Unsurprisingly any problem was always due to someone who had left. I ended up actually feeling sorry for the staff, the way you feel pity for alcoholics/drug addict and homeless people - lives out of control - people who need help to sort out the mess they cannot even comprehend. If your a landlord - join NRLA - saved my life.

Arrogant company with disgusting customer service!!! they have no idea how to sell a property when they judge on who can actually see it!. We had a big deposit and was able to pay the property price but as we didn’t go with their in-house mortgage advisor they had told us we could not see the property, and didn’t want to WASTE their vendors time! After saying that we reluctantly decided have a chat with him to ease their concerns about us WASTING THEIR TIME. He arranged to call us at 4…. That did not happen He called us at 5.45 to be told that he was “busy with paperwork” (no sorry) but he could go through it now.. we have 2 kids and was in the middle of dinner. So we said we haven’t got time to go through it all right at that second so we just asked again if it was possible to view the property this weekend before we potentially miss out with someone else making an offer…. Again we was told that they didn’t want to waste their time… so we said THATS FINE. We are CLEARLY wasting our time with this companyThey missed out on commission as we are pretty much ready to buy with a large cash deposit and no chain. Well done to balgores staff I’m sure you manager is proud of you. (Which I’m sure he actually is…as ive read SO many bad reviews of this company on trust pilot!) DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Awful, we wanted to view a property and was told by Sean we had to have an agreement in principle in place or they would have to validate my earnings to satisfy their vendor. Never heard such absolute rubbish. It’s clearly a hard sell to get you to use their mortgage advisors. Disgusting service and I was spoken to like i was stupid and didn’t understand how mortgages work (despite having had multiple mortgages and owned properties for over 20 years) and a large cash deposit.

I can’t recommend Chris Wilkinson enough. Having never used a broker before I didn’t know what to expect but he couldn’t of been more helpful. In fact we got our mortgage approved within 24 hours, amazing. We would highly recommend Christian!
