Excellent service received from Freddie and Jason, they were both efficient, professional and personable. They both delivered superb customer service and were also very supportive, when challenges arose. Staff at bairstow eves Lettings couldn’t be any nicer and more helpful. Only agency that I have called and that are willing to answer any questions no matter how simple they may seem. I’ve phoned on many occasions to ask and they answer without even thinking, the training the company provide seems to be brilliant. Would recommended this company!

We have been using their services for few years .Very good agency ,they found tenants for us very quickly and they provide an excellent customer service We transferred a managements contracts from 2 other agencies to Bairstowe Eves because we very heppy with their services

Oz at bairstow eve was amazing. Super professional and very thorough. Jason was also very helpful throughout the whole process. I was well informed at all times and they looked after my property as if it was their own. I have already recommended to other friends!

Wanted to booked a valuation. Put through to four different people as each ic them could not help me. Ended up speakng to a fourth person in Southampton (I am in Romford Essex) who could not help me and wanted to transfer me again. I refused and told them they had lost my commission

My experience was excellent. Freddie and Jessica from Bairstow Eves were able to help me identify and secure an apartment with a minimum of obstacles, even though I was in the USA. The customer service was outstanding and I would have no hesitation recommending Bairstow Eves to others.

Don’t let them near your property, by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Extremely unfriendly unresponsive and unprofessional. Pay more if you have to and go to another agency.

I have just completed on my flat and have had an excellent experience using BE. What should have been a straightforward transaction became quite frantic due to silly deadlines being demanded by my buyer and inefficiencies from their solictors. The BE sales coordinator was brilliant with a professional approach and excellent communication. I would highly recommend them.
