Weald Property is saddened by the above review posted by Nicholas Fairrie as we did all we could to assist Mr Fairrie purchase the property mentioned in a calm, efficient and professional manner, the way we have successfully treated all our customers since 1985. Mr Fairrie did not appreciate that in this case, the Agent acts on behalf of the Vendor who is the Client and Weald Property acted correctly and professionally based on the Vendor's instruction. As Mr Fairrie unfortunately lost out on the property he had set his heart on, he strangely decided that best course of action was to the write the above abusive and vitriolic review. Weald Property confirms that Mr Fairrie's review and version of events is not in any way based in truth or reality and we categorically refute the allegations made. Given the review unfairly defames the character of Alex Norwood Hill and the reputation of Weald Property with no evidence to support such outrageous claims, the review has been reported to Google and the necessary legal authorities.
