GoogleWe did purchase our first house through "Your move" agency in Rochester.
All experience was very pleasant from the start to finish.
Jordan who met us for viewing, was very patient and kind.
Tina who dealt with our purchase, was always very communicative and pleasant to deal with. Always kept us in the loop, truly helped during all procedures.
We are very happy with all experience and couldn't ask more.
Thank you for all your help to all your team!
I would definitely recommend or would use them in the future.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience at Mann
I had a wonderful experience at Mann. I worked mainly with Anne, she was there every step with us as we purchased our first home. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even when I was calling her for updates non stop! Great communication. Would definitely recommend Mann

GoogleAbsolutely waste of time and money , totally bunch of cowboys. First tenant they found for me was Supposed to move in to my property on the 2 of October 2019 but 2 October come and gone nothing happened. After I told them I’m going to take my business elsewhere they found another tenant ,Second tenant was supposed to move in on the 9 of November but it never happened. I was always told pack of lies that just few more days wait .
My property is in very good condition and in very good area, because of their negligence and laziness i lost nearly £3000 rent . I will never use your move Rochester branch again. Since then I have used another state agency Who found tenant for me in matter of time and new tenant moved in at the binging of December.

GoogleI first contacted Your Move when I wanted to let a property in Edinburgh. As a result of their efficient service I decided to let another property in Rochester. Daniel Hughes (Senior Sales Consultant) visited the property and I was more than happy to extend my relationship with Your Move further. I found Daniel to be professional, knowledgeable and courteous in my dealings with him. I was also happy with the choice of tenants he vetted - and in such quick time. As such, I would be more than happy to recommend the Your Move team (Rochester) to anyone interested in buying, selling or renting a property.
Kind regards

GoogleWe as a business were very happy with the time and effort put in to selling our 8 new houses. Tina who did most of the viewings worked hard to not only sell the houses but also to keep the process moving throughout the progression of each sale. A great team in this office working under unusual circumstances due to Covid.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWanted to view a property, left a few messages and emails no-one got back to me. By the time I did get through to someone the property had an offer accepted but still didn't show as sold on the internet. Felt all this was poor.
