Ryder and Dutton are professional, thorough and responsive, using a large database and broad-scale marketing network to effectively promote the properties, generating good levels of qualified potential buyers quickly. Holly and the team were very efficient following up leads and interest with excellent co-ordination and prompt communication. The Ryder and Dutton 'Contract Ready' arrangement helped speed up the whole sale process and their co-ordination with approved solicitors reduced stress and delay to a minimum. Having used Ryder and Dutton a number of times over many years, with good outcomes, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ryder and Dutton have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish!! Michaela has been the star tho 🌟 we firstly put our house up in November... it fell through middle of May then for the second time 2 weeks later. When she rang to say it had fallen through for the second time she cried with me on the phone because she knew how much it meant to us. This woman gets emotionally involved because she cares about her clients. Each time she put our house back on immediately and made it her mission to sell it again! She immediately found us viewings and sold it for the 3rd time within 48 hours. 3rd time lucky some would say.... we've just exchanged and can finally plan our adventure to Aus 🇦🇺 Thank you all @ Ryder and Dutton but especially Michaela you've been amazing and we are forever grateful for your continued support for the past 10 months in selling our home 🏡 Date of experience: 01 August 2023

If I could give Ryder & Dutton zero stars, I would. My experience with them has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. They are unprofessional, careless, and only interested in taking your money, once they’ve got that, you’re completely on your own. When I first saw the house, it was advertised as “ready to move in.” Moving quickly was a priority for me, and I made that clear from the start. But after completing everything on my side, I was left waiting because the developer didn’t have their documents ready. Did Ryder & Dutton care? Not one bit. Instead, they asked me to pay a £2,000 deposit for carpets directly to the developer’s bank, this was never mentioned in any of the advertising. When I questioned it, the agent, Ammaarah, admitted this was her first new build and she “didn’t know what she was doing.” Seriously? The lack of professionalism didn’t end there. I was promised multiple times that a senior manager would call me back. Guess what? No one ever called. Their complaints procedure is non-existent, it’s just empty promises and complete radio silence. When I finally moved in, things only got worse. The house was advertised as having “full fibre” internet, but after moving in, I discovered it only has a copper connection. Another blatant lie. And do they care about resolving any issues after you’ve moved in? Of course not. It’s still a month since iv moved in and I’m still not able to purchase broadband! Trust me when I say they’re done with you once they’ve got their commission. Their carelessness caused me financial loss too. After they removed the “For Sale” sign, they left screws on the ground, which punctured my car tyre. It wasn’t just the cost of the repair, it was the inconvenience and wasted time dealing with something that should never have happened in the first place. To top it all off, their communication is atrocious. Even after my solicitor confirmed contracts were exchanged and everything was completed, Ryder & Dutton’s office claimed we hadn’t completed. How can a company this incompetent even be in business? Ryder & Dutton have caused me nothing but stress, frustration, and unnecessary expense. They don’t care about their customers, they don’t communicate, and they certainly don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. If you’re considering using them, don’t. The proof is in the pictures below. Run as far away as you can, you’ll thank me later.

I purchased a house 2 weeks ago and Michaela Hewson was the allocated agent. She was extremely helpful from the beginning. From arranging initial viewing til the completion. It was a chained property, therefore it took 3-4 months for completion. However, if it wasn’t for Michaela it would have taken ALOT longer. She was always on the ball, responded immediately to any queries, always available for assistant & guidance and regularly updated all parties. She ensured it was completed as quickly and smoothly as possible! Extremely helpful! Thank you so much Michaela. The second agent who was always present and helpful was Conor. Thank you both!
