We were kept well informed and updated. The phone was always answered and if the person we needed to speak to was already on a call when we rang, they would always ring back. If they weren't in the office, another member of staff would speak to us and pass messages on or answer our queries. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.

GoogleHad to sell my parent's house following their deaths. Very upsetting and emotional time but was helped massively by Claudette and her team. They were always on hand to help with queries and kept me informed of status and updates. Claudette always rang back promptly if I needed to speak to her.
