Honestly, the best.

Honestly, words can’t do justice to what a great job Alex McMahon and Shannon Laycock (and others) of the Rawtenstall branch did! Not only did they navigate a particularly difficult chain for us, they did so in a manner that left us optimistic and secure in their ability to overcome it. Not only did they keep us up to date proactively, they were able to assuage any concerns that we had and even went above and beyond by doing work that in reality should’ve been done by the other agents in the chain. I cannot recommend Ryder and Dutton enough, and that is solely due to Alex and Shannon’s commitment to excellence and professionalism. If you are unsure where to have you house sale managed by, do not do yourself a disservice - use Ryder and Dutton. No ifs, ands, or buts.

Alex McMahon at the Rawtenstall office was exceptional throughout our house sale & purchase. We were selling via another agent, but this didn't stop Alex. Her customer service was first class, doing exactly what she said she would. Our chain was long; The process lasted over a year and, at times, was extremely difficult and frustrating. This didn't stop Alex from delivering a top-class service. Liaising with all agents and solicitors to keep us well informed. We really appreciate everything that Alex did for us! Thanks again Alex. Feeling let down with this Company. So many things to write about it has already caused me Stress and Anxiety just thinking about it Had an apology this morning at 08:21 from Head Office on the phone. Then again by the Manager of the Branch at 08:29, but excuses too much. Got a meeting with the Assistant Manager on Tues 22 Nov at 11am I am going to make a formal complaint to the Head Office via email to the Director / Head of the Sales Team Totally bemused at the lack of communication and on this occasion lack of Compitence they showed....and lack of admittance without all the excuses that followed in the conversation. I stated that we were Considering changing Estate Agents and I was told by the Manager " 30 days notice", where I added you have failed at the level of Service, only to be told.... now get this " A Contract is a Contract is a Contract". I stated it works both ways and you failed so you have failed your side of the Contract "

Selling and moving house for most people (beyond the actual ‘moving day’!) is seen as a progression forward and ultimately a happy time. Ryder and Dutton in Middleton dealt with our sale and purchase. The Manager, Michael visited us at our home and explained how best to proceed with our sale. A very nice gentleman. We also only have kind words to say about the office staff who were pleasant all the time and during weekend calls. Lisa Royle is a gem, she explained everything to us step by step and answered all our queries, she always returned our calls and would also confirm the same by emails. Lisa is honestly an asset to the Middleton branch and i will certainly tell my family and friends to contact Lisa if they are selling/buying a property. A HUGE thank you from Mr and Mrs Longshaw.

We have used Ryder and Dutton in the past and will definitely use them again moving forward. We have had no issues and cannot fault the service we received from them. Lisa from the Middleton office has been particularly helpful. We had a sale fall through a few weeks before we were due to complete and within 24 hours, Lisa was able to arrange a new viewing and had a new (and higher!) offer for us before the end of the day A lot of people advise ryder & dutton have above average fees, however I can very much say from experience you get what you're paying for and Lisa was always quick to respond via email or call whenever we needed her, we were never left waiting and t Lisa would frequently ask us and the other vendors where the sale was up to so everyone remained equally informed.
