My house sold fairly quickly. They do charge alot to sell your property. I kept communicating with them which was quite good. I think they could bring there fees down tho. Overall a good service but if you have a good property shop around for better fees. As it will sell anyway.

They provided a fantastic friendly service, and I was kept informed throughout regarding viewings, offers and anticipated timescales for completion. sly practices regarding a rental contract and deposit money from ryder and dutton. I did give a more comprehensive rundown of what happened but my screen got deleted by mistake because i pressed a wrong button on my key board. This is a late review of ryder and dutton but i would never use them again.
