Fantastic service from start to finish, the valuation with Jo was great, provided lots of information about the market, the local area and the suggested price was spot on, The Professional photographs were also amazing and really helped my property stand out. Tracey dealt with the initial marketing keeping me updated with viewings and offers and Emmy took over once an offer was agreed keeping the sale moving forward and giving me regular updates whilst liaising with solicitors and the buyers.A Professional, friendly service which I highly recommend and worth every penny.

Absolutely disgusting company to use to value or sell your property. They undervalue your home to ensure you get a quick sale. They don't care about you as a client. They are very unprofessional and bitched about their competitors who we had decided to go with. We have the email to prove it and I am still very tempted to take this to the ombudsman and to the local media. Please do not use this company as they dont care about the client, they bring the area down and only care about making a fast sale.

GoogleReally disappointing with the lack of communication following an official offer made on a property. I sent several emails and also provided proof of funds, but the same generic email was sent that "we are waiting for the vendor to respond". Fast forward 3 months of playing ping pong over email for an update on our offer, we drove past and the house is sold.
Abysmal customer service - feel free to contact me directly for evidence of all the emails which have been exchanged.
