GoogleI invited Kris Street to value a house for me as well as two other local agents, their valuations were £110,000, offers over £110,000 and Kris valued it at £125,000.
The house sold within the first week, I accepted an offer of £120,000. As you can imagine I am more than satisfied with the excellent advice and service Kris provided and his expertise when showing the 30+ interested clients around the house.
Once the house was advertised for sale, my contact in the office was Aaron Broome who showed boundless enthusiasm in providing a professional friendly service, both in helping to keep me informed on who was viewing the property and once the house was sold informing me of progress on the sale, nothing was too much trouble for him.
