Quick engagement from initial enquiry to getting the house on the market . I was kept informed of all viewings and offers .There was a lull during the Xmas period which gave a couple of issues but they onboarded a move manager Geraldine Marsden who chased and kept me up to date every couple of days . Would use again.

Selling and moving house for most people (beyond the actual ‘moving day’!) is seen as a progression forward and ultimately a happy time. For a small few like our family, leaving our home was the end of an era, tinged with sadness. From the moment we met Catherine, Megan and the team, they greeted us with warmth, understanding, patience and professionalism. A particularly drawn out process - which was purely down to our changing situation - was at every step dealt with impeccably. At times, I’m very aware, we were not the ‘easiest’ but the whole team kept comms clear, expectations met and the approach personable.As a family, we cannot thank them enough for their services and in times of need - good humour.

GoogleI am please to say that Nida at Ryder Dutton, Rochdale was a pleasure to work with when selling my house. Every Friday I would get a call with an update. Over the 4 months we developed a good professional friendship. Every step was explained and was transparent. Nida showed initiative when getting me the best offer. She recommended the person in the best position when deciding which offer to accept. She offered her guidance at times when I was unsure and without her I would NOT have had the confidence to sell at the amazing price which Nida negotiated for me. I THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! The cost of running an empty house was slowly chipping away at me. Thanks to Nida it was handled swiftly thus releasing me from my financial commitments. Shame I don't have more houses to sell. If I did, there would only be one call I would make and that is to my good friend Nida!

GoogleMy son has just completed the purchase of his first house for whom the agent was Ryder and Dutton. The service we received from Sophia Bowers was first class. Whilst acting for the seller she was still more than willing to offer us advice and guidance including acting as an extremely effective liasion with the other party which was needed at times from our point of view. Sophia also realised my son had difficulty being contacted in work so was accepting to contact myself when required which was appreciated. I cannot thank Sophia enough for her help including arranging return viewings at different stages. She certainly helped us through the process. Ryder and Dutton are lucky to have her.

Claudette was amazing from start to finish. It wasn’t the easiest of sales but she went above and beyond after the sale to help the buyers and ourselves get everything completed and kept us reassured and up to date. All the office staff were really helpful as also dealt with Lisa who knew everything about the sale and where we were up to can’t thank everyone enough.

A little late putting this on due to house move and Xmas holidays. Our purchase was from Ryder We also chose Ryder solicitors and I am so glad we did. We were kept updated throughout quick responses via emails and calls. Ryder were especially very helpful with our purchase and liaising with the solicitors on our behalf. Throughout the process we viewed the property we were purchasing about 6/7 times. Every time it was never an issue Ryder always fitted us in, this helped so much when choosing appliances/furniture etc as due to Xmas period had to get things ordered.
