We had a switch over of agents as Alex was promoted (rightly so haha) and the transition was really smooth and Leon picked up and provided great service keeping in touch and replying quick (if only the solicitors were as good!!) Geraldine was always on the ball and kept us up to date with the progress & the office team helped us out with issues that came up while we were abroad.I can't give five stars as there was a misprint in the property brochure at one point that caused some problems, but R&D were up front and honest about the mistake and quickly fixed it for us.Overall I would definitely recommend Ryder & Dutton.
