GoogleThere is lots I could say about this Estate Agents - some good, some not so good. What I will say though is; make sure your tenancy deposit is held with the DPS. Mine wasn't, despite receiving several emails stating it was.

GoogleWe've been using Martin & Co to manage our rental property since October 2013, following a bad experience with another agent. They've been open & honest, quick to react to any problems. In particular Helen has proved herself to be very proactive in dealing with problems when they arise. She has kept us fully informed at each stage.

The end of the tenancy wasn't straightforward (my fault), and I dealt with Emma Caulfield who always responded immediately and helped as much as she could.
