GoogleI was very happy with my experience of using Martins estate agents, in particular, with Abby who handled the sale of my house. From the start Abby was honest and professional about the value of my property, explained the process clearly and was not pushy. The whole process with the estate agents ran very smoothly and Abby was supportive when we had some issues related to the solicitors and time constraints when it came close to completion. I would recommend Martins!

GoogleAbout a year ago Martin & Co bought out the letting agent I was with for over a decade. Both myself & my Dad have rental properties and have always let via an agent - however the experience with Oliver and Ben at Martin & Co has opened our eyes to a different level of service beyond what I have ever experienced ! - I find Ben and Oliver not only offer efficent management of the properties - but always have the landlords interest above everything else in providing compliant rental accommodation. Recently a flat became vacant and this was let within a week 👍 and the tenant also happens to be the nicest person ever. Finally the advice and guidance gave in terms of the potential forthcoming renters reform bill as been valuable. The Rochdale Branch of Martin and Co, which covers Oldham, I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a reputable letting agent

She made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable every step of the way. GoogleAs a tenant of Martin & Co for the past 7 years I can truly say Ben McEneaney the lettings Manager has been the most valuable part of my tenancy, he is not only an excellent manager he is the most reliable and honest and caring person I have experienced in my stay at my apartment, he goes over and beyond to ensure both the tenant and the landlord are happy, if anything needs to be done he is reliable and efficient with no hesitation, Martin & Co are surely blessed to have him as their lettings Manager, he is definitely a great asset to their company. GoogleAfter dealing with the up most - hard work landlord I have ever come across, Ben and his team were amazing! Always stayed in touch with us,helped us and advised us when needed, after they had no choice but to de instruct themselves from the property due to the landlord being inappropriate and not fulfilling his role with the property. I would 100% recommend them, as they do go above and beyond to support the tenants (even when they are on annual leave) Thank you all for your support ❤️

GoogleI rented a house through Martin and co for a few years they was amazing and was easy to get through to the right person. always there to help if you had any issues was easy to report issues and always followed up and made sure this was dealt with. And especially thank you to Oliver at Rochdale branch he was professional and very helpful through out my tenancy.

He has always took our concerns and questions on board, dealt with them and put our mind at ease. GoogleI've used Martin & Co for selling 5 properties in the last 18 months and Abby Cocker has been excellent with getting these properties sold at a realistic price. I would recommend using Abby at Martin & Co. I have previously used this company to manage these properties - see my earlier review below. A great team ! GoogleAs a tenant of a property managed by Martin and Co I would like to commend Ben (Lettings Manager on the swift resolution of my boiler issue. I reported the issue by email. I was contacted almost immediately by Ben and the problem was fully resolved by the contractor that was organised by 10 am, less than 2 hours from Ben's initial response. Excellent service.

GoogleI have nothing but praise for them particularly Abby and Andrea who have been amazing through a complex sale (due to my solicitor). The level of contact and communication is second to none. They have been professional but with attention that felt like they were friends which was so welcome in a difficult situation. I could not have got through it without them and cannot recommend them high enough. Genuinely lovely people which is what you need in a stressful situation. GoogleCerys and the team have been nothing short of accommodating when it comes to having our affairs in order. Our moving application process has been taken care of by Cerys herself and has always had punctual and transparent communication from her along the way. They have left no ground uncovered and have included move in assurance in steps that I have never even expected or thought of when moving home now or previously, and it has given me a very comfortable peace of mind with the move entirely. GoogleMy partner and I used Martin & Co to move into a rental property only 2 weeks ago today. From start to finish Cerys was a star! Nothing was ever to much and someone was always on hand to help out with any issue or question we have had. Cerys went over and above to get us into the property we wanted and she is a credit to Martin & Co. Also I would like to mention Ollie who dealt with a maintenance request we had - it took him less than 24 hours to respond to the query and have someone out to fix the issue so bravo all round!
