The service I received here was outstanding. I initially spoke with a lovely lady Andrea who was very attentive and informative on what I had to in order to rent a property as I have never done anything like this before. I then went on to view the property with Cerys who was really easy going, Kind and informative, She helped me every step of the way. Cerys was also very fast paced in making sure all documentation was sent across and submitted to enable me to move in as soon as possible. I applied for this specific property around a week ago and now have a move in date for the 6th of September.I Would definitely recommend using Martin Co as a landlord or tenant!

I became an accidental landlord 10 years ago and a friend recommended Martin&Co. I have never regretted that decision. Always received a great service, in particular when repairs and maintenance were urgently required. I was nervous at first as it was first time iv ever rented my own place so I didn't know the process or anything. Had impression of letting agents being miserable and bossy but I was wrong. From them moment I walked into martin and co rochdale office I was greeted and welcomed by all the staff with big smiles. They couldn't of been more helpful. Abbey as been dealing with my rental I have to say she is an asset to your company. She has answered any queries iv had and dealt with in a timely manner, can always have a banter with her whilst remaining professional. She has not overloaded me with things and helped me every step of the way so a big thank you to Abbey. She's amazing couldn't recommend these enough.

Cannot recommend Martin and Co more highly for a house sale. After an abysmal time with a previous estate agents where our house sold and fell through three times due to the buyers not being tied in when they had theirs offers accepted - to come to Martin and Co who had a none refundable deposit when you make an offer was absolutely brilliant. From our first phone call with Abby, first meeting with Phil (where he actually helped us move things out of each room for the photos) to then dealing with Cerys too it's just been a pleasure. Our sale did not go smoothly but to have Cerys and Abby behind us fighting our corner was brilliant. Our pictures for Rightmove were great and listing was updated if we needed it to be which really helped our property to sell within a week. Their professionalism (and sense of humour!) has been fantastic throughout and we cannot recommend them more highly.

A big thank you to Phil, Abby & Cerys for being brilliant throughout our house sale process. We were impressed at the outset at our first appointment as Phil made us feel like valued clients. We were really impressed with how quickly Martin & Co were able to come out to value our house and list it, with the listing including a 3D virtual tour and video (really useful tools in our opinion for filtering out viewers a property would not be suitable for). Phil managed viewings whilst we were away on holiday and personally kept us fully up to date. We accepted an offer whilst we were away (within a week of listing our house!) and the communication between us and Martin & Co was seamless! Feedback from viewings was uploaded instantly online which was great. Abby and Cerys patiently answered the hundreds of questions we had every time we telephoned and were a pleasure to deal with. Very disappointed with Martin and correct rochdale. Asi booked time of work to view the property. But there was no show .when called office they said they will chase up and ring me back. Got call from lady called daisy and she's at totally different property (not sure how and why)as ee had email confirmation of the viewing plus they called me in morning to confirm again. When I called back to office to see if anyone else is coming to show us the property. Person that I spoke to was very blunt and rude. I explained that I booked time of work only answer I got was nothing can be done and we will call you again tomorrow to rearrange.

Ive recently moved house and used Martin & Co Rochdale for the first time and I was honestly surprised with how seamless the experience was. Cerys was amazing before I actually acquired the tenancy, really friendly and helpful and was readily available for questions. She processed my application very quickly and made a stressful time a whole lot easier. Since moving in to the property Abby has taken great care of me and any issues I have had. She completed my first tenancy visit and was really warm and friendly and as soon as I reported an issue in the property she responded and constantly checked in with me to make sure the issue was resolved. A really fab service from both of the ladies, they are an absolute credit to your company. I would definitely recommend.
