GoogleJust a bunch of inexperienced people who have no idea on how to look after tenants all they want to do is charge you for ridiculous things stay well clear from them
Hi Martin, I have checked our records and can find no history of you as a tenant, applicant or otherwise. Please can you check you have reviewed the correct Martin & Co office? We have over 190 owner managed offices throughout the UK and judging by your other reviews, you appear to be South Manchester based? Perhaps our Stockport, Chorlton of City Centre office were the intended recipient of your review? I can assure you as a qualified, ARLA licensed letting agent, established in Rochdale 14 years ago, we are not "inexperienced" and we most certainly do not charge for "ridiculous things". We would therefore be very grateful if you could remove your review. GoogleExtremely poor in every aspect over my 5 year tenancy. I have been renting with multiple agencies for 13 years and these were by far the worse.

We feel the 1* review is a little unfair though, as we did try during the 5 years to get the required works completed in a timely fashion - leak under sink, boiler repair, velux window issue and guttering. However, even when we eventually received approval you didn't help matters by denying or delaying access on a number of occasions...
