About Seymours Ripley
The first Seymours Estate Agents opened here in Ripley in 1992, and after over twenty years continues to be one of, if not the, largest independent estate agent in the West Surrey area totalling a strategic network of 17 offices. We focus on Ripley and its surrounding villages, West Clandon, East Clandon, Send, Send Marsh, Ockham and West Horsley. These beautifully picturesque Surrey villages are incredibly popular with all walks of life, families, young professionals and downsizers. The village of Ripley is said to have the largest village green in England (approximately sixty five acres) and benefits from a selection of award-winning cafés, shops, pubs and a Michelin star restaurant. Ripley enjoys superb access to both the A3 and M25 keeping this ever-popular village well-connected and in demand. The Ripley office has a team of long serving and dedicated individuals run by Ben Conquer. Ben has been at the Ripley office for over eleven years, has superb knowledge of the local area and has always worked diligently to keep the process of buying and selling as stress-free as possible. GoogleI highly recommend using Seymours to sell your property, Ben and Joe have worked tirelessly to find the right buyers for our nan's unique bungalow with horticultural land. They always kept us informed throughout the process and answered all our queries in a timely manner. It is never easy dealing with bring forced to sell a loved ones property, but Ben and Joe made the process so much easier for us by dealing with all the viewings, surveys and generally checking the empty property was ok. Thanks guys :)

GoogleI cannot rate the team at Seymours highly enough! Ben, Joe and Emma were extremely professional and supportive throughout our entire buying and selling process. There were many times that the situation with solicitors etc got very stressful. The entire team were there to help us through the those difficult times. I had not previously realised how much work estate agents do in the background to ensure your sale progresses smoothly. I am so grateful for all of their help and constant professionalism, especially in the face of some very stressful customers (and by that I mean myself). A massive thank you for all of your hard work. We are in our forever home now and that would not have happened without the teams assistance.

GoogleReceived excellent service from the Ripley office when selling our flat recently. Ben and the team are friendly and hard working. We were going to try an online company to save a bit of money - but we are so glad we didn't as we wouldn't have got the attention and excellent customer service that we felt was absolutely key to the final sale of our property. Dealing with a chain of solicitors and conversations with our buyers were all done with care and efficiency, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend - you'll be in good hands.

GoogleWe were both extremely happy with the service we received from Seymours. From initial valuation to eventual sale Ben and the team at Seymours Ripley provided a 5 star service at every step of the way. In what proved to be a very turbulent chain (through no fault of Seymours Ripley) they were always available with a helping hand and a calming influence, offering sound advice and a sympathetic ear. Ben demonstrated excellent market knowledge both on a local level and a wider view perspective in what was by anyone's standards a challenging year in the housing market. Our heart felt thanks go out to Ben and his team.

GoogleWI have just purchased an apartment in the village. Seymours acted for the vendors - a development company. Without doubt it was the good rapport between both them and the builders that made our downsizing and leap into the unknown worthwhile. Of course there were a few snags to rectify but with the help of Mr Conquer, Ben, all has been sorted. I rate Seymours very highly and cannot praise Ben and his team enough. A HUGE THANK YOU to them all. Not forgetting however the builders and developers as they too played their part. Fiona and John Gilbert, Lutidine House.

GoogleFirst class service. Ben valued the property a day after we telephoned. Documentation very impressively produced. Property sold at very good price four days after advertised. Sam acted as liaison person between us , the purchasers and our local solicitor. He attended all viewings throughout and even steeped in when the clearance company arrived early and we were "parked" on the M25. GoogleVery pleased with the whole experience and with service Seymours has provided. The reason why I knocked off a star was there were 2/3 occasions when viewings were booked and they didn't arrive although that was not the fault of the agents but annoying nonetheless!

GoogleWe originally purchased our property 25 years ago through Seymours and have just sold it using them. Because of uniqueness of the property and the lockdown it took sometime for the property to sell but they did persevere and we were more than happy with the final outcome. Did not feel as though we had been forgotten. Would definitely recommend them.
