About Seymours Ripley
The first Seymours Estate Agents opened here in Ripley in 1992, and after over twenty years continues to be one of, if not the, largest independent estate agent in the West Surrey area totalling a strategic network of 17 offices. We focus on Ripley and its surrounding villages, West Clandon, East Clandon, Send, Send Marsh, Ockham and West Horsley. These beautifully picturesque Surrey villages are incredibly popular with all walks of life, families, young professionals and downsizers. The village of Ripley is said to have the largest village green in England (approximately sixty five acres) and benefits from a selection of award-winning cafés, shops, pubs and a Michelin star restaurant. Ripley enjoys superb access to both the A3 and M25 keeping this ever-popular village well-connected and in demand. The Ripley office has a team of long serving and dedicated individuals run by Ben Conquer. Ben has been at the Ripley office for over eleven years, has superb knowledge of the local area and has always worked diligently to keep the process of buying and selling as stress-free as possible. This is achieved by a high level of communication drawn from knowledge of his teams experience and professionalism, coupled with tenacity for getting his clients the best deal possible. GoogleWe previously purchased our house via Ben at Seymours and were very happy with the service provided, so when it came to selling it we chose Seymours again. Over the three months that it took to secure the sale we also engaged the services of two other larger agents. The number of viewings from Seymours exceeded the combined total of those from the other agents by a wide margin, so not surprisingly it was Seymours who made the sale. Both Ben and Joe put in the extra effort needed in this currently challenging property market and were reliable, communicative and very professional at all times. I would certainly use the Ripley branch of Seymours again and do not hesitate in recommending them.

GoogleWe recently sold our house in Send with Ben at Seymours. Ben and all the staff were fantastic, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. We were always kept up to date with feedback from potential purchasers and helped to achieve the best price. There seems to be a clear difference between the service offered and delivered by Seymours against other agents who also made contact to try and market our property. We couldn't rate Ben, Joe, Emma and Julie higher.

GoogleI personally haven't bought or sold through them but i have worked with them. I work for another estate agents in a different part of the country and i would hands down say they are one of the best estate agents i have ever had in a chain with myself. They are polite, professional and really helpful. The rest of our chain hasn't been that helpful but David at Seymours has really been my rock throughout the process and i can't thank him enough. We are finally coming to the end of our sales but I want everyone who are considering using them to really do so! They are hot on what they need to do and I can't thank the whole team enough!
