Queries not answered or handled by different people, causing constant chasing ups and stress. The final rent miscommunicated as it was incorrectly recorded on their system. A total mess! There are better letting agencies out there.

In my experience this is one of those BAD estate agents that can not be trusted! The estate agents job is to mediate between the vendor and the seller they failed to do that! It is very frustrating when to deal with an agency that do not call back or can not be trusted when you put an offer on a property. Avoid if you can.

Because of uniqueness of the property and the lockdown it took sometime for the property to sell but they did persevere and we were more than happy with the final outcome.
