I sold my house and purchased my new house with the Ripley team and I had a very positive experience throughout the process. Richard valued my house and he was so friendly and approachable and he really did put me at ease. Selling and buying property really does have its ups and downs and things didn’t always go smoothly for me. But despite all of this nothing was too much trouble for the lovely Luisa, we were in regular contact throughout the process and she did go the extra mile for me. She is a real credit to Burchell Edwards and I would highly recommend her and her team. I am now happy to say I have sold my house, very smoothly in the end and I am now very settled in my new property which was also arranged through Luisa. You will not be disappointed if you choose Luisa and her team at the Ripley branch to sell and help you buy your new home 🤩

I cannot recommend Ella and Rebecca highly enough. Their service has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They successfully let three houses within a matter of days, an incredible achievement that speaks volumes about their efficiency and expertise. I had a fantastic experience with Burchell Edwards Estate Agents in Ripley, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Ella Green. I initially had some doubts about the property listed on Rightmove, but when I arrived, Ella was already there waiting for me. She gave me a thorough tour and explained every feature in detail, which really helped me see the property’s full potential. This review is for Craig Ford (and Ellie) at the Ripley branch. It was sheer luck that we ended up with Craig as our mortgage broker but we are so glad we did! Craig is down to earth, approachable and explains everything very clearly. He even let our dog sleep in his office whilst we did the initial paperwork!! Craig worked incredibly hard for us and was transparent throughout, there were a few tricky and hair raising moments with the mortgage provider and Craig followed up on our behalf and really pushed things through, we could not have done this without him. Ellie was also super efficient and great with keeping us updated. We highly recommend Craig and his team and we are grateful for everything they did so we could get the home we wanted.

One star is too much for this absolute shambles of a business. Their Tamworth branch are lazy and inept. I have left numerous messages and they never call back. When you do speak to someone they tell you it’s another branch who pass you straight back to Tamworth. I hope they tell their landlords that they let for how they can’t be bothered to let their properties.
