Apalling service. Slow, never returned messages. Seemed completely uninterested. Went with online estate agency instead who are a third of the cost and hugely more professional and have got more viewings in 2 weeks thank burchell edwards got in 6 months. I cant understand how estate agents expect to survive when they offer such poor service.

Vile company and totally unprofessional. As previous reviewer mention about pushiness onto using a broker of their choice, so much so they cancelled a viewing because I already a broker sorted. This company should be audited thoroughly by the ombudsman.

GoogleTotal rip off commission fees for less than a one star service. It took 3 months to get my first viewing. They will make promises they can't keep and have useless customer service. Use Purple Bricks and save yourself thousands. If I could leave no stars I would.

We have found Burchell Edwards extremely difficult to deal with in all departments and on occasions showed lack of empathy, sympathy and decency, with us having been lied to and forgotten time after time.
