We have really appreciated having such a reassuring voice on the other end of the phone. Ryan is also very well versed, in situations that arise, and was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence to know that my husband & I would be moved in before Christmas, and we were! GoogleRyan Poole at Churchill Lettings has been excellent. I was a bit slow at getting started and Ryan was very patient and not at all pushy. When I finally got the paperwork sorted, Ryan found a tenant very quickly and the whole process has been incredibly smooth and efficient. I am very pleased that the tenant has moved in and is happy!
