After a year of trying to sell my mother’s retirement property , we decided to go with Churchill agents and so pleased we did ! The 2nd viewing came with an offer , albeit much lower than we wanted. We decided to accept the low offer as we needed it sold ! Once we got through that stage we went into another department where lynn got hold of the sale and kept me up to date , I did chase a lot too but all in all happy with the service and wished we had gone to them initially as it may have sold quicker , hindsight eh Thank you to all the team for getting the much needed sale !!

As a Churchill's home owner, whose property was sadly unfortunately damaged by a fire a few months ago, I have nothing but praise for the support received from Churchills Management whilst my flat is being refurbished. My property was covered by Churchills New Buildings Insurance and so after being initially housed in hotel accommodation for 6 weeks, I was then found a temporary rental flat in another Churchills apartment complex only a couple of miles away . This lovely little flat was badly needing maintenance and so I was constantly contacting Ryan,Poole, Kayley Dickson and Kooroosh Walters to authorise many repairs Whether emailing or telephoning for help, this was always to hand. The repairs were all dealt with quickly and efficiently and these professionals always responded with empathy and understanding.. I cannot thank or praise them enough.. Their support has been so very much appreciated.

Thanks to Ryan and his colleagues in the speedy and efficient way they secured us a new tenant for an apartment in the Romsey area. The whole process from matching a tenant running all required checks and setting up the Tenancy Agreement was pretty seamless. The best feature was despite it effectively being a find only service with no ongoing financial payments to Churchill they still set up the Security Deposit scheme and will oversee distribution at the end of the tenancy. Can certainly see me using this service again.

Ryan Poole from Churchill’s letting team has just completed a letting of a one bed flat on my behalf. Several prospective tenants were lined up within a week and agreement with one of these was agreed very quickly. The whole process from receiving initial advice as to rental levels achievable to the signing of the lease was quick, efficient , all my questions were answered, and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Ryan and the letting team.

I cannot express how happy I was with my lettings negotiator, Ryan Poole. I suffered a bereavement during the lettings process and he was kind and gentle at what was, and continues to be, an awful time for me. When I next spoke to him, his first comments were about my loss, and not the let. The subsequent work done regarding the actual letting of the property went very smoothly and nothing was too much trouble.
