GoogleLike lots of people I didn't know who to choose to help me sell my house. I was downsizing and moving to a different area so there was lots of change in my life and although I didn't think that moving would be plain sailing I wanted a quick and trouble free journey. A friend couldn’t recommended S&G enough, and I am SO glad I contacted them! The Croxley team were really professional and extremely quick to jump on any issue that arose. The journey wasn't without its problems and scary moments but I can't help thinking that if I had used anyone else I would have thrown in the towel and stayed put! Recommend, recommend, recommend.

GoogleWhat used to be a part of quite a good estate agency network has turned out to be a branch with poor customer engagement due to perhaps the recent change of branch leadership. Not only do the different staff of same branch hold different views with same client, they also now lack client empathy and priority. If there was a half star possible I would have done that.

GoogleDon't get fooled by the past reviews if you are a first time buyer. Absolutely amateur agents. To be fair, they work really hard for the seller which isn't great if you are a buyer as they will continue to seek higher offers until contract sign date.
